The Visible Light Sensor GS3-A8 is a low cost visible light sensor, being RoHS compliant and complete CdS replaceable (same through-hole shape, electrically and optically). The output current can be converted to a voltage by connecting it in series with a resistor. The internal dark current cancellation enables high accuracy over full temperature range, even at low light levels. The spectral response is close to human eye or "photopic"
